On November 8, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Wyandotte County Fair Association (“WCFA”) created the
County Fair Foundation (“CFF”) to, among other things, promote post-secondary education for students
(1.) who have graduated or will graduate from a high school located in Wyandotte County, Kansas or
(2.) who have participated in the 4-H Program within Wyandotte County, Kansas.
